I had a great time on Friday attending the groundbreaking at Carlos Vega Townhomes, an 18 unit renovation project serving farm workers in Western Massachusetts.

It was a privilege to have acted as counsel to the board in refinancing the project with funding from USDA Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Community Development and the City of Holyoke. The project presented some unique challenges integrating federal and state requirements but the team at Wayfinders (the project developer) made it happen. Congratulations to the board, and many thanks to all our supporters!
